How Many Reward Points To Get?

The real question is how many reward points you’ll get for your spending. For every R1 you spend, you earn 10 points.

Example; If you bought Cheeseburger Happy Meal for R64,90, then you will receive 649 points.

There are 6 levels of McDonalds points redemption. If you want to redeem your reward points, you must have enough reward points.b Here are the details to understand how many points are required to redeem each tier.

Teir 1: After saving 2000 points, you can exchange for;

  • McFizz (S)
  • Regular Fries
  • Short Hazelnut Ice Latte

Teir 2: After saving 3000 points, you can exchange for;

  • Boerie Hash Stack
  • Cheeseburger
  • Tall Cappuccino

Teir 3: After saving 4000 points, you can exchange for;

  • 6 Piece McNuggats

Teir 4: After saving 5000 points, you can exchange for;

  • Big Mac
  • Quarter Pounder
  • Chicken Foldover

Teir 5: After saving 5500 points, you can exchange for;

  • Grand Chicken Spicy

Teir 6: After saving 6500 points, you can exchange for;

  • McFeast Spicy

How to Use McDonald’s Rewards?

If you only order food through the South African McDonald’s app, simply sign in and order, your earned points will be automatically credited to your account.

Redeeming McDonalds Reward:-

  • If you have enough points, you can redeem them for various rewards offered in the “Rewards & Deals” section of the app. These can be free menu items, discounts, or other perks.
  • When placing your order (in store, drive-thru, or through the app for pickup), let the cashier know about your redeemed rewards points.
Note: You may not use MyMRewards for delivery orders placed through third-party services.

Before redeem point, here you can read terms and condition of using reward point;

  • Valid at participating restaurants in South Africa.
  • Valid for Dine In, Drive Thru and Take Away only.
  • Not valid for third party delivery apps such as (Uber Eats and MrD).
  • Not to be used in conjunction with any other offer or deal.
  • Cannot be redeemed for cash.
  • All offers are subject to availability.
